Can`t find a title I like, and haven`t got all day. After all - it`s the photograph I want to show you...
What do you think about the link to my portraits ? Not very discrete, is it ? I`ll see if I get used to it. They have a small button too. Saying "Flickr".

Milan were surprised I didn`t buy an obscure digital compact, with a horrible lens, and two mp resolution. Well, I didn`t have to buy it. A few years ago, I picked out the lens from a disposable camera, and drilled a hole in a lenscap. I glued the lens to the lenscap, and used it on my old Pentax ME-Super. I got some weird photos, but didn`t use it that much. Not until a got the Olympus Camedia c2000z. A 2.1 mp digital compact.
The lenscap doesn`t fit - I just hold it in front of the lens. That works fine.
Don`t be surprised if you see a photo of a digital Brownie or a digital folding camera either.

What a thrill it is to use a digital camera while doing night-photography! Now, I only wish I could take the rest of the year off from work. I`m ready for some serious portraits now! It just looks like I have to try out a few clichè-shots first. There has been a few sunsets, some moving water, and flower closeups... But what the heck! I`m having a ball!!!

There`s been a lot of spam-comments lately, I`ve deleted lots and lots, and have activated "word verification". I hope this helps. To some it might not be such a big deal, but I hate it.
I photographed two more kids on Sunday, and got a chance to try the digital camera too... First, I struggeled a bit because their faces were underexposed, and that made me realize that I focused more mentally on the equipment than I did on the subject, so I had to go back to my good old Hasselblad and the handheld meter.

After the photoshoot, my daughter Linn wanted to be photographed, and she was willing to let me experiment. Now, without the pressure, everything went silksmooth. When I got home, we took a quick look at all the beautiful portraits, then I deleted them all after having formatted the memorycard.

God, give me strenght!

Used one studioflash to light the background, one flash with softbox, and a reflector to light her face. I`m very happy with the way the background turned out. Her face is a little dark, but I like the expression... One of my favorites.
